September 27 kicks off Houston’s River Oaks Chamber Orchestra (ROCO) In Concert Series at Miller Outdoor Theatre and highlights Mei-Ann Chen, ROCO’s first-ever Artistic Partner. Showcasing the full 40-piece orchestra, “Time for Hope”, features ROCO's Commissioned World Premiere, "Centuries in the Hours" by Lisa Bielawa.
